Pay: £90 - £105 per day

About the School:
anzuk education is seeking compassionate and adaptable Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistants (SEND TAs) to join our flexible bank staff team. You will have the opportunity to work in a highly respected Bristol-based special school that supports children and young people aged 3 to 19 with Severe and Profound Learning Difficulties, Complex Needs, Autism, and Sensory Impairment. The school operates across three sites in Bristol, encompassing Infants, Juniors, Secondary, Sixth Form, and a specialist centre for pupils with challenging behaviours.

- Assist in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapt resources to meet the needs of each pupil
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, therapists, and school staff to support the holistic development of pupils
- Be flexible and adaptable to work across multiple sites and varying classroom settings
- Have experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs, particularly those with severe or profound learning difficulties
- Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with pupils who require additional support
- Be adaptable and comfortable working across multiple locations as needed
- Possess strong communication and teamwork skills to build positive relationships with school staff and external professionals
- Hold relevant qualifications or training in special educational needs (desirable but not essential)
