Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Bebington

Prospero Teaching are working with a primary school in Bebington who are looking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant on a fixed-term contract.

The school has a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where staff work closely to provide high-quality learning experiences for all pupils. This role will involve supporting teaching and learning across the classroom, working with small groups, and providing 1:1 support where needed. You will work closely with the class teacher to help pupils make progress academically, socially and emotionally.

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Have recent experience supporting children in a primary school setting
• Be confident supporting small groups and 1:1 interventions
• Demonstrate patience, flexibility and a positive approach to learning

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

• Location - Bebington
• Position - Level 2 Teaching Assistant (Fixed Term)
• Type of work - Classroom support / small group interventions
• Start date - As soon as possible
• Contract type - Fixed Term (Temporary through Prospero)
• Full time/part time - Full time
• Minimum rate of pay - -90 - -100 per day
• Hours - 8:30am to 3:30pm

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional references
