Pay: -13.69 - -15.87 per hour

Reeson Education are seeking a motivated Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in M34. The Teaching Assistant will provide support to KS2 pupils in a busy classroom, delivering 1:1 interventions, small group support, and assisting with interactive learning activities. This Teaching Assistant role is full-time and long-term, ideal for someone who is adaptable, caring, and ready to make an impact.

Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to pupils as a Teaching Assistant.

• Assist in small group learning and classroom activities as a Teaching Assistant.

• Support social, emotional, and academic development as a Teaching Assistant.

• Help manage behaviour and encourage positive engagement as a Teaching Assistant.

• Collaborate with teachers to deliver tailored interventions as a Teaching Assistant.

• Contribute to lesson planning and resources as a Teaching Assistant.

• Observe, monitor, and record pupil progress as a Teaching Assistant.

• Deliver fun, interactive, and creative learning experiences as a Teaching Assistant.

• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment as a Teaching Assistant.

• Be a consistent, reliable presence in the classroom as a Teaching Assistant.

Teaching Assistant Requirements:

• Experience in KS2 or primary school desirable.

• Patient, adaptable, and proactive Teaching Assistant.

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.
