Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
Help to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour.
Work collaboratively with staff, parents/carers, and external professionals.
Carry out administrative tasks such as preparing resources and displays.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, etc.) is desirable.
Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is an advantage.
A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A willingness to learn and develop professionally.
A relevant qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2/3) is desirable but not essential.
