What You’ll Be Doing:
Collaborating with class teachers to deliver engaging, effective lessons
Helping students stay focused, motivated, and on track throughout the school day
Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to meet each child''s individual needs
Encouraging a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Assisting with classroom setup, resource management, and daily operational tasks
Adhering to safeguarding protocols to ensure a safe and secure school environment for all students
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: Previous experience in a school or educational setting is beneficial
DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
