SANZA Teaching Agency are recruiting teaching assistants for various roles across East London!

As a teaching assistant, you will need to:

• Be patient, empathetic and resilient
• Have strong communication skills (with children, parents, and staff).
• Be flexible and adaptable
• Be able to support across all primary year groups, from EYFS to year 6
• Be able to work effectively and collaboratively
• Be reliable and consistent

The role:

• As a teaching assistant, you will provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Autism
• You will work across the primary year groups providing dedicated support as needed
• Assist the class teacher in delivering individualised and tailored learning experiences to suit the needs of students
• Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and social interaction.
• Create a safe, positive, and structured learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents.
