Are you skilled at delivering small-group or 1:1 interventions in literacy and numeracy?

Tradewind are recruiting Intervention TAs to support learning in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 across Rotherham schools. Your role will focus on helping children who need an extra boost to stay on track academically.

We''re looking for:

• At least 3 days availability

• TA experience in primary settings

• Confidence delivering targeted interventions

• Patience and enthusiasm

Support pupil progress and build meaningful relationships in this rewarding role.
