Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay: -13.69 - -15.87 per hour

Reeson Education are looking for a reliable Teaching Assistant to join a busy primary school in M16. The Teaching Assistant will support pupils across EYFS and KS1, providing 1:1 and group support for academic and social development. This Teaching Assistant role is full-time, long-term, and ideal for someone patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic.
Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 and group support as a Teaching Assistant
Assist with classroom activities and learning sessions
Support pupils with behavioural and learning needs
Observe, track, and report pupil progress
Work collaboratively with teachers
Maintain a calm, safe, and structured classroom
Encourage social, emotional, and academic growth
Implement targeted interventions
Promote inclusion and participation
Contribute to planning and classroom organisation
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
Experience in primary or EYFS desirable.
Patient, resilient, and adaptable Teaching Assistant.
Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply.
