Key Duties:

• Provide classroom support to teachers across a range of subjects
• Work with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to boost progress
• Assist with behaviour management and help maintain a positive classroom environment
• Support pupils with SEN by adapting learning resources and encouraging independence
• Contribute to planning and preparation of learning activities

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A degree or strong academic background (ideal for aspiring teachers)
• Previous experience working with young people (school, tutoring, mentoring or volunteering)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with secondary school students
