About the Role: Year 4 Teaching Assistant (with SEN focus)
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support learning in Year 4 and provide additional help for pupils with special educational needs. The role would suit an experienced LSA or a graduate keen to develop a career in education.
Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning across the Year 4 class

Provide targeted SEN support (1:1 and small groups)

Work with teachers to adapt resources and lessons

Promote positive behaviour and pupil well-being

Contribute to classroom organisation and smooth delivery of lessons
We are looking for someone who:

Has experience as an LSA or is a motivated graduate

Understands inclusive practice and SEN support

Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships

Is proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player

Shares our high expectations for all pupils

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
The role advertised is for temporary supply work.
