Teaching Assistant

Are you a patient and compassionate Teaching Assistant? If so, this may be the perfect role for you.

We are currently looking to recruit passionate Teaching Assistants to work with our client primary schools.

The successful candidate will work closely with individual pupils and small groups, supporting their learning and development in line with the EYFS and KS1 curriculum. This role would suit someone who is proactive, nurturing, and committed to helping children thrive both academically and personally.

The ideal candidate will have:
- A caring, enthusiastic, and committed approach to supporting young learners
- A strong understanding of the EYFS and Key Stage 1 frameworks
- Previous experience working with children, ideally including those with specific learning needs
- An NVQ Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) and a willingness to work towards Level 3
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to use initiative and work effectively within a team
- High expectations for themselves and the pupils they support
