We’re recruiting a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant with SEN experience to join a supportive and inclusive primary school community in Southwark. If you’re passionate about making a meaningful impact and supporting children with additional needs, this is the perfect role for you.

The Role – Teaching Assistant (SEN) You will provide 1:1 and small group support to children with Special Educational Needs, adapting activities to meet individual needs and helping pupils to fully access the curriculum. Working closely with class teachers, support staff, and parents, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed.
Role Requirements – Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting
• Be confident in adapting learning to suit a range of needs
• Show strong behaviour management and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
• Be available to work full-time from the specified start date
• Hold a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
