Long Term Futures are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS1 pupil at a welcoming and inclusive primary school in NG7. This role suits someone with the patience, creativity, and drive to help a young learner thrive both academically and socially.

Your Role:

• Deliver tailored 1:1 support in literacy, numeracy, and social skills
• Help the pupil access the curriculum through personalised strategies
• Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and resilience
• Support the class teacher with interventions and daily routines

We''re Looking For:

• Experience supporting children in KS1, ideally with 1:1 or SEND needs
• A calm, adaptable, and nurturing approach
• Confidence in delivering phonics and early number skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for inclusive education
