Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group SEN support
• Assist teachers with classroom planning
• Support behaviour management strategies
• Record student progress and liaise with professionals

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or SEN support worker
• Knowledge of SEN strategies in secondary education
• Calm, patient, and proactive
• Excellent communication and teamwork
