We are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a school in Bolton for an immediate start.

This role involves supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and other learning difficulties.

The Role:

• Providing 1:1 and small group SEN support

• Assisting the class teacher with tailored learning plans

• Supporting behaviour management and emotional wellbeing

• Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of SEN experience

• Experience supporting children with additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH etc.)

• Strong behaviour management skills

• Patient, resilient, and adaptable approach

• Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification desirable
