• Experience supporting pupils in a UK primary school setting (KS1 and/or KS2)

• A proactive, nurturing, and adaptable approach to learning support

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

• A relevant qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, or equivalent) is desirable but not essential

• A dedicated consultant available 24/7 to support you throughout the onboarding process
