Role Overview

Simply Education are seeking Primary Teaching Assistants for Abingdon primary schools. You''ll work alongside class teachers to support all pupils, including those with SEN, deliver targeted interventions, and assist in creating a positive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with SEN and additional learning needs
• Assist with small group and 1:1 interventions
• Help maintain classroom routines and positive behaviour
• Contribute to lesson planning and pupil feedback
• Encourage social, emotional, and academic development

Skills & Experience:

• Experience with children is desirable but not essential
• Calm, patient, and supportive personality
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and keen to develop teaching skills
