TEACHING ASSISTANT REQUIRED

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly and supportive school for a Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support teachers in delivering engaging lessons and help students reach their full potential in a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson delivery

• Work with individual pupils or small groups to support learning and development

• Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment

• Assist with preparing learning materials and classroom resources

• Provide additional support to pupils who may need extra help with their work

• Encourage students’ confidence, participation, and independence

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting is desirable

• A passion for supporting children’s learning and development

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach

• Relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant) is beneficial but not essential
