An exciting opportunity has arisen for a committed Teaching Assistant in Hammersmith & Fulham to support students in a secondary school setting. This full-time role is perfect for graduates looking to build classroom experience or individuals with a strong interest in education.

Key Duties:

• Support students with classroom tasks and learning activities
• Deliver targeted support to SEN pupils, encouraging progress and engagement
• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom organisation
• Encourage positive behaviour and develop student confidence
• Provide feedback on pupil progress to teaching staff

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A graduate qualification or experience working with children/young people
• The ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
