A respected secondary school in Ealing is recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to support students with additional learning needs.

The successful Teaching Assistant will provide 1:1 and small group support for students with ASD, SEMH, and ADHD. The school in Ealing promotes collaboration and inclusive education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 SEN classroom support
• Assist teachers with planning and resources
• Support behaviour and engagement strategies
• Track student progress and liaise with staff

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Knowledge of SEN strategies in secondary schools
• Excellent communication and teamwork
