Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and making a real difference in their education? We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Southend-on-Sea.
The Role:
Work closely with the class teacher to support pupils with SEN, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs.
Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access learning.
Assist in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
Adapt resources and activities to meet the individual needs of pupils.
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children with SEN (school, care, or similar setting).
Patient, resilient, and able to build strong relationships with pupils.
A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development.
Available full-time and committed to the role.
