Teaching Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant primary school in Ealing. This is a full-time position supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to ensure every child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.

• Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development.

• Assist with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.

• Support children with additional needs to access the curriculum.

• Contribute to the wider school community and activities.

About You:

• Ideally hold a relevant degree.

• Minimum of 1 year’s classroom experience (primary preferred).

• Passionate about education and making a positive impact on children’s learning.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Recent graduates with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
