Job Responsibilities
As a Teaching Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils across the classroom and in small groups to meet individual learning needs
Working closely with teachers to implement tailored strategies and interventions
Encouraging positive behaviour and fostering independence among pupils
Assisting with planning, resources, and classroom organisation
Helping to maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and liaise with parents/carers when necessary
Qualifications/Experience
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant, you will need:
An Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
The right to work in the UK
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential
A commitment to supporting children''s learning and personal development
