Enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Needed for 2-3 Year Olds!

Are you a passionate and skilled Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding role? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our vibrant Early Years setting, specifically supporting our 2-3 year old children.

I am looking for someone who:

• Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3 in Children''s Learning and Development).
• Has proven experience working with toddlers aged 2-3 years, understanding their unique developmental needs.
• Is adept at creating engaging, play-based learning opportunities that support prime and specific areas of development.
• Demonstrates excellent observation and assessment skills to track children''s progress.
• Is a warm, patient, and nurturing individual with a genuine love for early childhood education.
• Possesses strong communication skills, able to build fantastic relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
