Job Title: Teaching Assistant (TA)

Pay: -103.95110 per day

Contract Type: Full-time (Term Time Only)

About the Role



Support pupils'' learning, provide one-to-one and small group assistance, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.



Key Responsibilities

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

• Provide targeted support to pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis

• Assist with classroom management and behaviour support

• Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources

• Support pupils with additional needs where required

• Encourage student participation and promote a positive learning atmosphere

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Previous experience working with children (school-based experience desirable)

• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development

• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 TA) are advantageous but not essential
