We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a secondary academy in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. In this rewarding role, you''ll work alongside the ''Excellence Department'', supporting students with mobility, learning, or social and communication difficulties.

• Provide 1-1 or group support to students with special educational needs (SEND)
• Assist students in accessing the curriculum
• Encourage positive interaction, raise student confidence, and promote inclusion
• Work collaboratively with teachers to manage and support student progress
• Supervise students, ensuring their safety and support their individual needs
• Assist with physical and personal care, where applicable

• Experience working with children with SEND or a strong willingness to learn

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
