SANZA Teaching are supporting a great school in Barking & Dagenham who are looking for a teaching assistant to work 1:1 with a boy with Autism. The boy is verbal and has moderate needs.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Teaching Assistant working 1:1, you will play a crucial role in the development of this wonderful student. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide individualised support to the student
• Assist in his academic growth
• Foster his social skills development
• Work with him to manage his behaviour when appropriate
• Monitor his progress and report to class teacher and SENCO
