A nurturing and well-regarded early years setting in Westminister is looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and supportive environment for early learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework
• Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote children''s learning and development
• Observe, assess, and record children''s progress, contributing to individual learning journeys
• Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment
• Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
• Previous experience working in an early years setting
• A warm, caring, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children
• Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
• An enhanced DBS
