Graduate Teaching Assistant - SEN Support | Secondary School | Ealing

A supportive secondary school is seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their SEND team and support students with additional learning needs.

This role provides excellent classroom experience supporting students with ASD, SEMH, and ADHD. Staff benefit from structured guidance and mentoring, and the school in Ealing has a strong commitment to inclusive education.

You will work with students through 1:1 and small group interventions, helping them remain engaged in learning while building confidence and independence.

* Assist students with SEN needs during lessons
* Support teachers with classroom activities
* Monitor and report on student progress
* Adapt learning resources when required

* Recent graduate (Psychology or Education preferred)
* Interest in working with young people
* Patient, proactive, and resilient attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* SEN training and professional development
* Valuable classroom experience in a secondary school in Ealing
* Supportive leadership and inclusive environment
