The Role:

As a Graduate English Teaching Assistant, you''ll support students in Key Stage 3 and 4 (Years 7-10) during English lessons. You''ll work closely with classroom teachers and the Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCo) to help students improve their reading, writing, and overall literacy skills.

This hands-on classroom experience is ideal for those looking to apply for teacher training in the future.

What You''ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils during English lessons, particularly those who need additional help
• Working one-to-one or in small groups with students
• Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging lesson activities
• Helping students with special educational needs (SEN)
• Developing your classroom confidence and understanding of the curriculum
