This could include: Supporting whole-class learningWorking with small groups or on a 1:1 basisHelping to keep pupils engaged and motivatedAssisting teachers with daily classroom activities Some roles may also involve supporting pupils with additional needs, including SEND, offering a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in different settings.
