Teaching Assistant

Clockwork Education have been approached by a lovely, welcoming school in the Durham area to assist them to find a general cover Teaching Assistant to support them immediately on a full time basis.

Responsibilities

• Offering general support across the school to support pupils with all areas of the National Curriculum 
• Working independently with small groups of children and some one to one
• To use own initiative and have the ability to change plans accordingly 

Requirements

• Previous experience within a supporting role
• Confident and experienced in working with small groups of children
• Level 2 Qualification
• Provide 2 references, preferably from an educational background
• To hold or put in process an enhanced DBS disclosure
