      <description>Location: Lewisham | Salary: &amp;pound;95 - &amp;pound;105/annum | Type: Temporary | A-two-form entry primary school seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team.  The successful candidate will provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and social, emotional and behavioural difficulties. The role will also involve supporting lower-attaining children in accessing the curriculum and making progress in their learning.  They are looking for someone who is patient, caring, resilient, and committed to helping every child achieve their potential. Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable.     The Role:     Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, and social, emotional and behavioural difficulties.   Support low-attaining children to access the curriculum and achieve their learning goals.   Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through consistent support and intervention.   Work closely with teachers and SEND staff to implement individual support strategies and monitor progress.
