You will support pupils following- semi-formal and informal learning pathways , helping them access a highly personalised curriculum tailored to their individual needs. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely alongside the class teacher and wider support team to provide high-quality assistance throughout the school day. You will build positive relationships with pupils, encourage engagement in learning activities, promote communication and independence, and assist with personal care where required.
