The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to help students overcome barriers to learning, build confidence, and achieve their academic and personal goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.Provide one-to-one and small-group interventions to support student progress.Assist with the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials.Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND requirements where appropriate.Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.Encourage student participation, independence, and confidence.Monitor student engagement and provide feedback to teaching staff.Support pupils during lessons, breaktimes, educational visits, and extracurricular activities when required.
