Key Responsibilities Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and learning activities. Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils. Assist children with their academic, social, and emotional development. Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Support pupils with additional learning needs where required. Prepare classroom resources and assist with administrative tasks. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or care setting. A caring, patient, and positive attitude. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
