This role is focused on providing both general and 1:1 support for Key Stage 1 and 2. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support KS1/2 students, ensuring their individual learning needs are met. Assist with the delivery of engaging lessons in collaboration with the class teacher. Support the wider classroom environment by fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere. Help prepare and organise classroom resources and materials. Monitor and report on the student''s progress, contributing to their individual education plan (IEP).
