£120 – £140 per day | Wandsworth | Full-Time, Term-Time

Are you a passionate Teaching Assistant with BSL Level 2 looking to make a real difference in the lives of young learners?
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed TA to join a supportive school in Wandsworth, working with pupils who are Deaf or have hearing impairments.

The Role

• Support students in class, small groups, and 1:1 settings.
• Use British Sign Language (BSL Level 2 minimum required) to communicate effectively.
• Assist with lesson delivery and adapt resources to meet individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and external professionals to provide holistic support.
• Promote inclusion and independence for all pupils.

Requirements

• BSL Level 2 qualification (essential).
• Previous experience working with children or young people with hearing impairments.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• A proactive and flexible attitude.
• Valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
