We are looking for people who can encourage pupils, support teachers and help create a positive learning environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Assist with classroom learning and daily activities.

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support.

• Encourage pupils'' confidence and independence.

• Promote positive behaviour and inclusion.

• Support children with additional needs where appropriate.

The ideal candidate:

• Has experience working with children or in education.

• Is patient, understanding and approachable.

• Communicates well and works effectively in a team.

• Is reliable and enthusiastic about supporting learning.
