This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HLTA or an accomplished Teaching Assistant looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting pupils'' learning, delivering targeted interventions and providing high-quality classroom support across the school.The RoleWorking closely with teachers and school leaders, you will support pupils both within the classroom and through small-group and one-to-one interventions. You will help ensure that every child can access learning opportunities and achieve their full potential.
