Who Are We Looking For?

We''re interested in hearing from candidates with experience working with children in:

Schools | Nurseries | Childcare | Youth Work | Support Work | Education

You don''t necessarily need to have worked as a Teaching Assistant previously. Transferable experience from an appropriate industry, the right attitude and a genuine passion for supporting children''s learning can be just as valuable.

You''ll ideally be:

Patient, caring and approachable
Confident supporting children in a classroom environment
Adaptable and able to respond to different learning needs
A strong communicator
Passionate about children''s education and wellbeing
Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
