Provide targeted support to children with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD, Speech & Language needs) Assist in delivering engaging and differentiated activities. Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Help the children develop confidence, independence, and social skills. Experience & skills to work with KS1 children. Understanding of SEN support strategies within a classroom. A patient, proactive, and nurturing approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Happy to assist with personal care if needed.
