The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and the SEND team to provide tailored support for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs. You''ll play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential within a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
• Assist with the delivery of personalised learning programmes.
• Support pupils'' social, emotional, and academic development.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, the SENDCo, and external professionals.
• Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.
• A patient, caring, and resilient approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
