The school supports pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, learning difficulties, and communication challenges. This rewarding role involves providing both classroom-based and individual 1:1 support to pupils, helping them access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their full potential in a safe, structured and nurturing environment. You will work closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider school team to deliver tailored support, encourage positive behaviour, and promote independence and engagement throughout the school day.
