The provision focuses heavily on social, emotional, and academic re-engagement, offering a safe, inclusive, and nurturing space where pupils are given the tools to rebuild their confidence and succeed.The RoleWe are seeking a resilient, empathetic, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team for the full 2026/27 academic year starting this September. In this role, you will work closely with pupils who may have social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, ADHD, autism, or a history of school exclusion.Operating on a 5-day-a-week basis, this position offers excellent stability with the potential to transition into a permanent contract directly with the school.Key Responsibilities1:1 and Small Group Support: Guide pupils through their academic work and tailored intervention programmes.Behaviour Management: De-escalate challenging situations using positive behaviour strategies and a trauma-informed approach.Emotional Mentoring: Act as a positive role model, offering a listening ear and helping ..... full job details .....
