Working five days a week, you will build strong, trusting relationships that help break down barriers to learning.Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with diverse needs, including Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and ADHD.Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities and managing classroom dynamics.De-escalate challenging behaviours using positive reinforcement and nurturing strategies.Boost student confidence, helping them develop both academically and socially.Collaborate with a supportive team of teachers, therapists, and support staff to ensure the well-being of every ..... full job details .....
