This is more than just a classroom support role, it s an opportunity to positively impact the lives of young people who require additional support to thrive in education.We re looking for resilient, proactive, and compassionate individuals who can build genuine relationships with learners while helping to create a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment. This role is all about being able to break down barriers and be relatable to learners.The RoleWorking closely with teaching staff and senior leaders, you ll support learners both inside and outside the classroom, helping them develop academically, emotionally, and socially.You ll play a key role in: Supporting learners on a 1:1 basis and in small groupsPromoting engagement, attendance, and positive behaviourSupporting emotional regulation and pastoral wellbeingAssisting with classroom delivery and learning activitiesHelping create a calm, inclusive, and structured environmentSupporting educational visits and enrichment activitiesMaintaining safeguarding and learner welfare standardsBuilding positive, consistent relationships with young people What We re Looking ForEssential: Teaching Assistant qualificationExperience working within schools or ..... full job details .....
