The Role Support students in lessons on a one-to-one, small group, and whole-class basis. Assist teachers with classroom activities and learning resources. Encourage positive behaviour, engagement, and independence. Provide pastoral support and promote student wellbeing. Support pupils with additional needs to access learning effectively. Assist with intimate care where required. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting young people in an educational setting. Confident carrying out general TA duties. A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach. Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
