This role is ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, SEN Teaching Assistants, graduates or individuals with experience supporting children and young people. Responsibilities: Supporting pupils in class on a 1:1 and small group basis Assisting teachers with classroom activities Supporting children with SEN, autism and ADHD Encouraging pupil engagement and confidence Helping create a positive learning environment Ideal Candidates: Previous school or childcare experience desirable Passionate about education and supporting children Positive, proactive and reliable Good communication skills Enhanced DBS on the Update Service desirable Why Join Us?
