Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Hammersmith and Fulham from April.This inclusive and well-respected school is recognised for its strong pastoral care, supportive leadership, and commitment to ensuring every child is given the tools to succeed. In this role, you will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and wider support staff to provide high-quality, tailored support to pupils with a range of special educational needs. Your support will help pupils access the curriculum, build confidence, and develop both academically and socially.Role details:Full-time position, term-time onlyPay rate: 90- 95 per day, depending on experienceStructured yet friendly working hoursSupportive and collaborative staff environmentKey responsibilities:Deliver 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and Speech and Language needsAssist in adapting lesson materials to meet individual learning needsEncourage positive behaviour, independence, and emotional regulationSupport pupils'' social development and classroom engagementWork in partnership with teachers, SENCO, and external professionalsIdeal candidate:Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar settingA patient, empathetic, and resilient approachStrong communication and teamwork skillsA genuine passion for inclusive education and making a differenceThis is an excellent opportunity for someone ..... full job details .....
